“Fission” is a solo performance, upon the mediums of the female body and the endless possibilities that it has in different life stages such as love, pain, birth. Eirini Apostolatou as a choreographer and movement practitioner is experimenting on alternating qualities, different dynamics, speed fluctuations, kinetic challenges that invites us to go beyond them. She is getting inspired by dance, circus, theatre and various disciplines and cultures. Her choreographic aesthetics synthesising the above tools in order to create a result close to the narration of “Fission”.
